Women Want Sex

What drives a woman want to have sex? Is it physical attraction? Love? Loneliness? Jealousy? Boredom? Painful menstrual cramps? It turns out that woman have sex for all of these reasons and more, and that their choices are not capricious; there may be evolutionary explanations at work. The thing is you really don’t need to use pick up lines for girls to attract them, you just need to find a way to ignite that spark.
The ambiguity of why women have sex, and what they want out of it, has long been an indefinable study something even Sigmund Freud called “the great question.” Researchers have traditionally theorized that women’s motives lie in love and assurance, while newer studies have shown they do it for pleasure, just like men. But women are complex creatures: their sexual health is determined as much by their emotions as by their physical state, which might help explain why as many as 50 percent of women have trouble getting aroused. Yet while scientists, in recent years, have contrived over the “how” of female desire, no major study, until now, has actually asked women to describe why they have sex in the first place.
Why Women Want Sex

The women’s descriptions are mesmerizing if not mainly easy to interpret. As one woman describes, “I seduced [a man who wasn't my boyfriend] to give myself the confidence that if I was dumped, I would still be able to find another partner.” “I did it out of boredom, because it was easier than fighting,” quips another. On one hand, the realization that women’s motives can be dark and devious are likely to make many a women’s advocate cringe: TV and movies joke frequently about the ways women use sex to get what they want, and female characters who manipulate are often portrayed as bitchy, heartless, or controlling. But perhaps the fact that we’re hearing those motives articulated out loud for the first time is also reassuring.
Yes, women have sex to get what they want and they’re not always timid about it. Sometimes they do it for the emotional connection, but other times they simply want the release. (Physical pleasure and attraction, say the authors, are still the most common reasons women say they have sex.) Women are not always pure, not always transparent and that’s OK. There are also times wherein they just get captivated with pick up lines but that are is not always the case.
It is indeed a widely held myth since the 70’s that women were somehow reserved or uninterested in sex by nature and had little or no desire for it except to produce offspring. This misleading notion was created by men who thought that since a woman postpones sex, she only “gives it up” to get what she wants a faithful husband to provide for her.
Seducing Women

The fact is women want sex as much as men do; they just have a unusual schedule and requirements before they have sex with a man. Surefire pick up lines are not 100% effective and they may not even get you laid. There has been a lot of deliverance for women, and even though there are a lot of women that have occasional casual sex, they are still programmed since birth with the fear of being labeled promiscuous. The label of “slut” is still a elementary fear of almost all women, and it’s probably the most unflattering of judgments a woman can feel is placed on her.
A woman won’t listen to any commonsensical rationalization you come up with for her to sleep with you. Talking to her telling her all the reasons why she should go to bed with you including being pushy will not work, and will often backfire and push her away. She has to feel like sleeping with you with her emotional excitement, not her rational mind. She has to desire it with her own free will. Keep in mind, people make emotional decisions and then rationalize those decisions later with logic.
It turns out that woman’s reasons for having sex range from love to pure pleasure to a sense of duty to interest to curing a headache. Some women just want to please their partners, and others want an ego boost.
“Many of the women were having sex purely because they wanted the experience, they wanted the adventure, they wanted to see what it was like to be with men of different ethnicities,” she said. “Some women said they wanted more notches on the belt. They simply wanted to get rid of their virginity.”
Some women have sex to make money, and not just in the conventional manner of prostitution. A woman from California who goes by “Natalie Dylan” garnered national attention this year with her campaign to sell her virginity and said in January that her top bid of $3.8 million came from a 39-year-old Australian.
