@PcYouJest Your nervousness is from a lack of trusting in yourself. To fix it you have to build trust in yourself, which can only happen by being yourself, loving yourself enough to let out your thoughts specifically at times when you feel it is hard to do so. To listen to that nervous voice which says “don’t you’ll look dumb”, is going to heed more backing off, heed more living in fear, cause your empowering the reign of fear over your life. Change wont happen just doing what you normally do.
I’ve got alot of nerves, but I don’t think I can approach her, especially without freezing up. :/ What do you suggest I can do in the moment I see her, to not get so nervous?
